Unusual pupil reaction to light
Very slow pulse
fluids from the eyes nose or mouth
Severe damage to the central nervous system
Drug abuse or severe irreparable brain dmage
Damage is limited to one side of the brain
Found to have any type of fracture
Found unconscious or is suffering a major head wound
