- He stood firm in his beliefs and even went to prison for them.
- He was brave and fought for the rights of the people in South Africa.
- He put others before himself – he fought for the people in South Africa even though he was punished for doing so.
- He worked together with others to bring about change.
Good leaders are not selfish. They are kind, caring and giving. They put others before themselves.
Good leaders are brave. They are not afraid to stand up for what they believe in.
Good leaders like working with other people and they work with other people to achieve their goal/s.
Good leaders stand up for what they believe in and put others before themselves. This is what Nelson Mandela did. If you stand up for what you believe in and put others before yourself, you can be a good leader too.
Bad leaders hurt other people and only care about themselves. A criminal is an example of a bad leader.
Good leaders are kind, honest, hardworking, brave and they listen to what other people have to say.
Good leaders are NOT greedy, unkind, selfish and/or lazy.
