Between the external and internal intercostal muscles

Only in the costal grooves of the true ribs

The right lung deviates at the level of the 6th costal cartilage

The left lung crosses the mid axilla line at the level of the 8th costal cartilage

The right and left lungs cross the midaxilla line at the level of the 10th costal cartilage

The right and left lungs follow the level of the 11th costal cartilage posteriorly

The right pleura crosses the mid clavicular line at the level of the 6th rib

The right and left pleura do not follow the same external landmarks

The left lung deviates at the level of the 5th rib

Is performed at the inferior boarder of the rib

Is performed at the midclaxilla line

Is performed at the level of the 9th intercostal space

Is performed at the level of the 7th intercoastal space

Is performed at the superior boarder of the rib

Is performed at the midaxilla line

Is performed during expiration

Is performed during inspiration
