On the consumers side: Consumer think that: • Limit motorcycles to reduce traffic accidents and environmental pollution is reasonable. However, the public transport in Viet Nam is not popular, bus ride is not active time • The congestion of the traffic is a common condition, the motorcyclists crowded together and walked up on the sidewalk. On the other hand, buses aren’t available for citizens’s travalling demand. • Consumers said that if Viet Nam develops public transport such as metro and speedboat, it can limit motorcycles. • In addition, there are also people who support using buses and bicycles because they think that using motorbikes will cause accidents, danger, money to refuel and easy to steal In conclusion, consumer want to limit motorcycles to traffic but because they are the most convenient means of transport and our public transports system hasn’t been developed, this problem has not been handled.
