The patient is able to or has potential to transfer or ambulate on level surfaces at a fixed cadence. Typically limited or unlimited indoor walking

The patient has the ability or potential to use a prostheses for low level environmental barriers e.g. curbs and stairs. Typically low level community ambulatory

patient has the ability or potential to ambulate with a prostheses at varied cadences around most environmental barriers. May have OT or therapeutic or prostheses to assist with activities beyond amnularion

patient has the ability or potential to ambulate with a prostheses exhibiting high activity levels, stress or energy. Usually child, active adult or athlete
