Part of putting up a business is securing a permit from the Barangay, Municipality or City. Register NAME and ADDRESS of the Business
The type depends on the LIFESTYLE OF THE CUSTOMER and also the number of people in the area, their buying habits and capabilities.
The store should be STRATEGICALLY LOCATED and accessible to as many customers as possible, near houses and transportation facilities.
There should be enough PEOPLE to serve the customer. It is rather disappoint not to be attended to after having made the trip. The retails should render the customer a good service.
You must know the EQUIPMENT/FACILITIES that will be needed and purchased.
People patronize a store that SELLS CHEAP but QUALITY GOODS, especially basic commodities
It is the MONEY needed to buy the necessary materials, equipment, and goods to operate the business and to play for the rental and electricity and water.
Determine the STANDARD of LIVING of the customer to be served and figure out the INCOME LEVEL of the customer
