If the 10/50 is located close to and below your duty station you should respond.
Generally, if at a station wait for another team to respond. If noone does, go ahead and respond, tell Patrol you're at a duty station. Respond to the 50 if Patrol directly requests that you do.
Wait to see if a “trail checking” team responds, then respond with your location if no one else does
