Person dies in hospital of notifiable disease
If body removed for burial or cremation, must be buried or cremated immediately
Proper Officer or RMP can order body taken direct from mortuary to be taken directly to mortuary or for burial or cremation

Implantable cardioverter-defribillator can casue electric shock when removed so check with cardiac dept that device is switched off before removal
permission to remove must be sought from NOK or executor
