Breast Cancer - Taking medicine for a precancerous condition, changing lifestyle and eating habits and breastfeeding.

Alzheimer's - look after your heart, mentally challenge your brain regularly, do physical activity regularly, follow a healthy diet and stay socially active

Eat foods high in fibre, low in salt, cholesterol, fat and sugar.

Hypertension - keep blood pressure known and under control, exercise regularly, don’t smoke, get tested for diabetes, keep cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels known and under control, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and maintain a healthy weight

follow asthma action plan, get vaccinated for influenza and pneumonia, identify possible triggers, monitor breathing, identify attacks early, take prescribed medication and pay attention to increasing quick relief inhaler use.
